Starting at Eyam the walk goes down into Stoney Middleton and then climbs back up to a road that leads back to Eyam. (Quick route back available). From here we climb up a track
and through a field to woods above Eyam. Good views. Then back to Eyam passing the Riley graves. An optional extra! - Depending on the time we could head to Mompesson’s
Well. Quite a long climb up through woods and then back on a minor road to the village.

5 miles.  

Can be shortened if weather poor or for anybody struggling with the uphill sections.

Lunch available in the Miners Arms at Eyam.

All walks start at the Old School in Dore at 9.30am unless otherwise shown. For those walks which involve a car journey to the start of the walk we will organise car sharing on the day.

Please note that everyone joins walks at their own risk as the group does not have its own insurance. Please be sure to wear stout footwear, appropriate clothing and to bring some water.
